Every
reservation of a holiday home, whether it is written, given by telephone
or by internet, is considered as a binding reservation and are subjected
to the conditions mentioned below.
The
amount of the reservation is usually 1/3 of the rent, unless another
amount is mentioned in the contract. The amount of the reservation has
to be paid as soon as possible after the reservation. The reservation is
not valid before this amount is on the account of Laroche Rejser or if
the tenant in some other way can prove that the reservation amount has
been paid.
The
balance has to be paid at least 6 weeks before the arrival date.
The
number of people in the holiday home must not exceed the number of
people mentioned in the description of the holiday house. The tenant
shall always inform Laroche Rejser of the number of people.
The
usual arrival day is Saturday between 4 and 7 pm, unless another time is
mentioned in the contract. The tenant shall always inform Laroche Rejser
of the exact arrival time within this space of time, and can only with a
special agreement arrive at another time. Usual departure time is
Saturday at 10 am
The
holiday home shall be left in the same conditions as it was found at the
arrival. The tenant is responsible for all damage on the holiday house
and furniture. If the tenant make or discover any damage he shall
immediately inform the owner or Laroche Rejser.
The tenant is risponsible for
damages at the
holiday home and furniture. If the
habitation insurances do not cover the stay in a holiday home in another
country, you should
effect a
special
insurance for these cases.
The
owner of the holiday home has the right to demand a deposit at the
arrival of the tenant. The deposit will be given back at the departure
or sent back latest 1 month after departure if the holiday home is left
nice and clean, deducted extra charges if necessary.
When
the reservation amount has been paid it can not be paid back, even if
the tenant cancel the stay.
If
the tenant cancel the stay 6 weeks or less before the arrival day the
total amount shall be paid.
It
is advisable to effect an insurance for cancelling the stay (in case of
illness or death in the family).
The
responsibility of Laroche Rejser can in no case surpass the amount of
the rent for one week.
If
the owner cancels the stay Laroche Rejser shall
try to find another similar
holiday house. If this is cheaper Laroche Rejser shall pay the
difference to the tenant.
A swimmingpool is a permanent, especially for children,
even if it is fenced. Neither the owner or Laroche
Rejser can be responible for the tenants stay and activities in and around
the holiday home. It is the tenants entire responsibility.
The
court of Århus, Denmark, shall settle any dispute.
